Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account or via support. Give at least 48 hours' notice before the current paid term ends, otherwise the next term has already started.

Is "unlimited clients" really unlimited?
No. Fair usage caps it at 1,000 clients per subscription. That's far above a typical roster, but we'd rather say it than hide it.

01Access to Site and Services

Kahunas grants you a limited right to access and use the platform. We may modify, suspend or restrict any part of the service without prior notice.

02Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, code, design and trademarks remain the property of Kahunas. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

03Representations of Users

You confirm that the information you provide at registration is accurate, that you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and that you will not use automated means to access the service or use it for unlawful purposes.

04Registration for Services

Membership requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and you consent to be contacted by email and phone about your account.

Free trial. New users get a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, the account is automatically charged for the chosen subscription without asking again. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be billed.

05Cancellation of Registration

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Give 48 hours' notice. Cancellation must reach us at least 48 hours before the end of the current paid term. Later than that and the next term has already begun, which also affects refund eligibility.

06Restriction on Use

The agreement prohibits a specific list of activities including reverse engineering, impersonation, harassment, transmitting malware, scraping, and using the platform to build or promote a competing service.

07Rights Reserved by Kahunas

We reserve the right to disclose user identities where legally required, monitor usage for compliance, change pricing, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement.

08Billing and Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions are available in USD, GBP and EUR.

Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the end of the subscription period. Billing disputes must be raised with us within 7 days.

09User Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for making sure it complies with the law and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

10Content Standards

Content must not be defamatory, obscene, or infringing, must not violate anyone's privacy, and must not promote violence or terrorism. The full list of prohibited categories is set out in the agreement.

11Breach of Content Standards

Breaching the content standards can result in content removal, a warning, suspension or termination of the account, legal proceedings, and disclosure to law enforcement.

12Third Party Websites and Content

The platform links to third-party sites and embeds third-party content. We are not responsible for it, and you access it at your own risk.

13Submissions

Feedback and suggestions you send us are treated as non-confidential. We may edit, recategorise or delete submissions, and we are not obliged to monitor them.

14Mobile Application License

We grant a limited, non-transferable licence to use the mobile and desktop apps. You may not decompile or modify them, use them competitively, or share them across a network. Apple and Android platform terms also apply.

15Site Management

We may monitor compliance, refuse access, remove content, take legal action, and modify or discontinue the service without liability.

16Complaint Mechanism

Complaints go to support@kahunas.io.

We aim to respond within 5 business days for subscribers. If the matter is still unresolved, we will come back to you within 10 days.

17Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties and do not accept liability for errors, security breaches, interruptions, or the quality of results obtained through the service.

18Limited Liability

Our total liability to you, whatever the cause and whatever form the claim takes, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the cause of action arose. Indirect, consequential and special damages are excluded.

19Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Kahunas against third-party claims arising from your submissions, your use of the site, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of someone else's rights.

20Personal Data

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.

21Term and Termination

This agreement applies for as long as you use the site. We may terminate an account without notice or liability, and may prohibit re-registration.

22Refund Policy

Monthly plans — refundable if you cancel within the first 7 days.
Plans longer than a month — refundable within the first 30 days.
You are also eligible where a service failure goes unresolved for 15 days. Refunds are processed within 30 days, to the original payment method.

23Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

You consent to receiving communications electronically and agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement for a written signature.

24Fair Usage Policy

"Unlimited clients" has a ceiling. Fair usage caps an account at a maximum of 1,000 clients per subscription. In practice this is well above what almost any coaching business runs, but we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

25General Provisions

This agreement is the entire understanding between us. We may assign our rights without notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing here creates a joint venture or partnership.

26Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

27Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation for 30 days. Failing that, disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
